Last week, between the 30th July and 6th August 2022, our Scouts and Explorers took part in the Kent International Jamboree 2022 which is a week long International camp held every four years. KIJ 2022 took place at the Kent County Showground in Detling and welcomed over 3,500 Scouts and Guides from around the world. We were based on Venus subcamp and there was a huge variety of activities including climbing, tomahawks, 4×4 driving and archery to name a few. The Scouts and Explorers also learnt many new skills as well as making new friends and got the opportunity to visit Hastings and London on the day trips. Here’s to KIJ 2025!
