Payments via Online Scout Manager

We use a system called Online Scout Manager to allow you to pay for your child’s termly subscription fees (and camps/trips where advised). This facility is through a company called Stripe (regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority).

Here are some steps to help you to use Online Scout Manager.


Step 1 – When a payment for subs, camps or trips are due, you will receive an email that looks like below. You will have to click on the link in the email.


Step 2 – Once you have clicked on the link, you will have to create an OSM account if you are logging in for the first time. Click on ‘Create Account’ to create a new account.


Step 3 – Enter your details as a parent/guardian to create your account and then click on ‘Register & Log In’.


Step 4 – Watch this video which shows you how to make payments via Online Scout Manager. There are two different payment schedules:

Termly Subscription Fees – this is for all termly subscription fees
Activities – this is for all events, camps and activities.
